How long does it take to receive a quote?

Can I visit the laboratory to discuss a project in person?

Yes. We welcome meetings by appointment during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Mountain Time). Contact us to schedule a time that works for your team.

Do you accept samples on weekends or outside regular hours?

Standard sample intake is Monday–Friday during business hours. For urgent submissions or special arrangements, contact us directly to discuss options.

What information do I need to provide with my sample submission?

Include your contact information, project description, sample IDs, number of replicates, the traits or questions you want analyzed, and any relevant background on your breeding program or research goals.

How should I prepare samples for shipping?

We'll provide detailed sample handling and packaging instructions upon consultation. Typically, dried seeds or plant tissue in sealed containers work best. Cold pack shipping is recommended for long distances.

Do you have international shipping capabilities?

Yes. We can coordinate international sample shipments, though import/export regulations may apply depending on your country. We'll guide you through any compliance requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and invoicing for established clients. A quote will specify payment terms. Deposit may be required for new client projects.
